WENDY WATSON DIEDRICK has been a freelance calligrapher, designer and illustrator for many years. She began her study of calligraphy over 30 years ago, and has taught several classes along the way ~ in San Diego, Sun Valley, Idaho and Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Wendy’s work currently includes painting calligraphy and murals on walls at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego. She is an active member of San Diego Fellow Calligraphers, as well as Society for Calligraphy in Los Angeles, and Bow Valley Calligraphy Guild in Calgary, AB, Canada; and recently became a member of Point Loma Artists Association. Wendy studied Design and Illustration at the University of Southern California and San Diego State University.
